Buyer FAQs

  • Upon registration in cubebit, your default role is set to “Verified Buyer.”
  • Once your account is verified, you may begin browsing through the product listings and find the items that you like in specific categories.
  • Add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart.
  • Check out the items and pay using the CUB balance in your wallet.
  • On the check out page, scan the QR code to begin confirming your payment.
  • Your transaction is considered paid when it is confirmed by at least three (3) miners.
  • Once the transaction has been confirmed, your payment will be sent to the  CubeShop escrow facility.
  • Once your payment is sent to escrow, you may directly message the seller to finalize your shipping arrangement.
  • There are two (2) general types of shipping at CubeShop:
  • Redeem at store. You may pick up your purchase at a verified seller branch that is close and most convenient to your current location.
  • Self-organized shipping. Arrange product shipping by directly contacting the seller.

Please Note: CubeShop does not handle shipping arrangements at the moment. All shipping details, including price and courier service available, will be provided by the seller.

  • Once your account is verified, access your user dashboard
  • There will be a button on the right center of the screen “Switch to Merchant”
  • Once switched you can enjoy the full benefits of a Merchant Account
  • As a verified seller, you are allowed to upload items for sale.
  • Click on "Add Product" on your dashboard.
  • Upload photos and other essential details about the product you're selling, then click Upload.
  • Once the product is uploaded you need to import the item to the inventory to add details of the product.You can simply type the product name, GTIN or model number in the inputfield. The system will show you the item simply you add to inventory.
  • Once added to inventory you can fill all the details about the product, stocks, selling price, attributes, notes, etc
  • Once all details are added you can simply save the item details and you will see the product in the listed category in www.cubeshop.io



  • Selling on Cubeshop is absolutely free. However we have some restrictions based on your affiliate packages on the amount of products you can upload.
  • Once your product is sold, and the buyer’s transaction is confirmed, the payment will be sent to CubeShop's escrow facility.
  • While the payment is in escrow, you must ship the products or have them picked up at your branch.
  • Once the buyer confirms that he/she has received the items, CubeShop will approve the payment.
  • CubeShop will then transfer the payment from escrow directly to your CUB wallet.

(MPN) is an unique identifier issued by the manufacturer. You can obtain MPNs from the manufacturer. Adding these codes for your products in your store is optional.

Global Trade Item Number (GTIN) is a unique identifier of a product in the global marketplace. If you like to obtain an ISBN or UPC code for your product, you will find more information at the following websites: http://www.isbn.org/ and http://www.uc-council.org/" Adding these codes for your products in your store is optional.

An identifier of a product given by its manufacturer. Not required but recommended

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is the seller specific identifier. It will help to manage your inventory

"Is the item is open to sale? Inactive items will not be shown on the marketplace.

Input more details about the item condition. This will help customers to understand the item.

Number of items you have on your warehouse

The linked items will display on the product page as frequently bought together items. This is optional but important.

Title tags—technically called title elements—define the title of a document. Title tags are often used on search engine results pages (SERPs) to display preview snippets for a given page, and are important both for SEO and social sharing

  • If maintenance mode is on, the shop will be offline and all listings will be down from the marketplace until maintenance off.
  • You can switch off the “MAINTENANCE MODE” from Seller Dashboard → Settings → General Config → Maintenance Mode On/Off
